What If

What if...
I painted the angry sky
with the color of your smile...

So the clouds
would never break in tears,
and this wounded Earth
could be washed clean
in the rain of joy.

What if...
Your eyes grew wings
and flew beyond the storm...

Looking for the girls
the night has taken,
carrying a whisper
from my darling
to the heart still waiting.

What if...
With the warmth of your breath,
I wrote a melody...

So Tulip and Violet
could rise from broken ground,
young souls could dress
for days of celebration,

and the dark our mothers wear
would finally
fall away.

What if...
The shadows of these years
broke apart
inside your eyes...

And in this soil,
for the very first time,
the roots of love
began to rise.

What if...
Love still lived in this land...

What if...
This land remembered love...

What if...
Love still lived in this land...

Don’t Wait, My Heart

Verse 1
From all the things unsaid,
I learned in silence,
That sorrow packs its bags
And leaves without a warning.

A fragile tree in spring
Still finds a way to blossom,
And after longest nights,
The morning finds a home.

Chorus
Don’t wait, my heart,
Don’t fade into the dark.
Beyond these broken days,
There’s still a spark.

Don’t wait, my heart,
Don’t hide who you are.
Love can open every door,
Even through the scars.

Verse 2
From all I could not see,
I saw with open eyes,
That pain can lose its voice,
And tears can learn to dry.

A different kind of light
Is shining through the shadows,
And love is standing there
Behind the closed doors.

Bridge
I tore the clothes of mourning,
I left the crooked roads behind,
I raised my voice against the fear
That kept me trapped inside.

This time I won’t
Stand still again,
This time I won’t
Keep waiting.

In the Embarcadero of the Windows

1

The breeze
sang of you…

The moon
stood still, staring,
and said nothing.

A tree till dawn
shivered
with longing.

2

Your memory,
in the language of rain,
fell upon the roof…

Even the cobblestones
heard
the alley’s silence.

3

An aged leaf
rolled
across the wet courtyard…

A grieving heart,
merciless,
curled into itself…

Morning, however,
behind the door,
arrived too late.

4

The damp memory
of your gaze
crept along the wall…

The rustle of shoes
spiraled through the wind.

Night
quietly fled.

5

The storm
stole away
the trace of your footsteps…

The alley wall
wept.

6

The open embrace
of the window
breathed in

the scent
of spring’s hands.

7

From the ecstasy
of your arrival,
in autumn’s nakedness…

The blood of a bud
through life’s leaflessness
began to rise.

say something...

 Before I drown

in all these tears,

say something...

Something through

the cold of silence,

when by the window

you can still feel

the shape of loneliness

moving through this empty room.

Say something...

Say something...

In the colors

of old remembered streets,

when even

the tired corners of the mind

fall quiet

and drift to sleep.

Say something...

Say something...

Of a dream

that rose above

the endless height of longing,

and turned so slowly

among the clouds.

In the color of heaven,

it rained upon the sea,

and in the wave

of your arms,

you gathered

all the weariness of my body

into your embrace.

Say something...

Say something...

Before I drown

in all these tears.

Of the secret

you still keep inside your heart,

say something...

Before I drown

in all these tears.

Don’t Go Silent, My Love

Don’t go silent, my love
Don’t go silent, my love

On this restless night I wait
Lost inside the passing years
Only echoes of your voice
Still are ringing in my ears

Every time I hear your name
All the hurt comes back again

Don’t go silent, my love
Without you here
Waiting in the dark alone
Is hard, my dear

Don’t go silent, my love
Say you need me too
I’ve been standing in the rain
Still reaching for you

All the songs I had for us
Dried and faded on my lips
Even laughter disappeared
Like the light between your fingertips

Loneliness has built its walls
High around my heart tonight

Don’t go silent, my love
Without you here
Waiting in the dark alone
Is hard, my dear

Don’t go silent, my love
Say you need me too
I’ve been standing in the rain
Still reaching for you

Never thought I’d count the days
Trying just to let you go
Never thought I’d wear a smile
While I break beneath it all

Don’t go silent, my love
Without you here
Waiting in the dark alone
Is hard, my dear

Don’t go silent, my love
Come and pull me through
I’ve been lost inside this night
Still in love with you

Don’t go silent, my love

In the Embrace of the Window ( Song )

The breeze spoke softly of your name

The moon stood pale and stayed the same

A tree until the edge of dawn

Shivered there then carried on

Your memory came with falling rain

Touched the roof then passed again

Even stones beside the street

Held the silence in their sleep

By the window something near

Breathed as if your hands were here

Like a bud beneath the ground

Turning slowly without sound

It began to rise

Began to rise

An old leaf crossed the waiting yard

My heart was quiet closed and hard

Morning paused beside the door

Then entered gently as before

The memory of your gaze remained

Moving faintly on the pane

Footsteps turning through the wind

Night grew thin and disappeared

By the window something near

Breathed as if your hands were here

Like a bud beneath the ground

Turning slowly without sound

It began to rise

To rise

Echo of Spring

Poppies dancing in the glow
Crimson sky is hanging low
Midnight rain on earthen walls
Spring still whispers through it all

Feels like spring is still alive
In another place, another time
And my restless heart still sings
You’re the echo of the spring

Morning light on quiet streams
Lotus drifting through my dreams
Bare trees breathing in the air
I still feel you everywhere

Feels like spring is still alive
In another place, another time
And my restless heart still sings
You’re the echo of the spring

Falling leaves, a silent thing
Still I hear the ghost of spring

Still I hear the ghost of spring

Still I hear the ghost of spring

Whisper of a Silent Spring

The voiceless hymn of spring
Under the weight of passing days
Breaks again—
Into tears,
Falls again—
Into tears

The earth breathes sorrow
Beneath the shadowed veil of night
Wrapped in quiet grief,
Lost from sight

So that sadness
May once more
Spread its color across the sky
And the city—
Still and hollow—
Forgets its lullaby

In the slow belief of time
It could not understand
That your footsteps
Were a farewell
Soft as slipping sand

So no memory
Would ache again
From the echo of goodbye

And now—
Even spring itself
Without you, my dear,
Has begun to cry

Without you, my dear—
Even spring
Has begun to cry

Again…
It falls
Into tears.

When you smiled

When you smiled
the sky came alive
with a million lights
and a pale white cloud
couldn’t hold its longing
 and cried

When you smiled
golden fields
moved like waves
in the quiet wind
 and danced

A tender breeze
soft and slow
crossed the desert
 like a whisper

When you smiled
the night stayed awake
aching for dawn
and the morning light
fell on every window
 like grace

When you smiled
all the colors
in the veins of earth
came alive
 and shimmered

And the sound of rain
through the silent streets
 kept calling

When you smiled
a distant song
found its way
to the deepest part of me
 and stayed

Your name
is life itself

Your name
is life itself

Your name
is life itself

The World Chose Silence

A child’s cry
stalled in the throat
no way out
nowhere to go

the world
chose silence
chose silence

A mother wept
soft and low
a line of blood
began to flow

upon the earth
cold and wide
no one saw
no one cried

the world chose silence
again and again
no voice returned
no echo came

the world chose silence
left us alone
no answer there
no mercy shown

the desert sighed
and lost its breath
the sky stood still
in silent death

clouds pulled down
in shame they fell
hid their face
and would not tell

the wall stood still
it heard no plea
its silence rose
like a rising sea

higher higher
than any scream
stronger than
a broken dream

pain stayed close
it would not run
it turned and turned
inside as one

again it turned
again it stayed
a quiet storm
that never fades

the world
chose silence

again again
chose silence

Sorrow of My Land ( غم این دیار- ترانه )

You said
the night will not remain,
it will not stay,

the sun will rise
from behind the mountain’s height
with quiet joy

and spring will come
with violet and narcissus
soft and bright

You tell me
in this restless sorrow
of my land,

how far can I go
with all this grief
I must carry through

You said
the earth will take away
the weary form,

the crimson dusk
will paint the face of dawn
with tender warmth

and falling rain
will wash the dust away
from every home

You tell me
in this restless sorrow
of my land,

how far can I go
with all this grief
I must carry through

You said
the wound of hidden hate
will break the heart,

the sound of rain
on stones along the street
will softly start

and blossoms red
will find their way beyond
the highest wall

You tell me
in this restless sorrow
of my land,

how far can I go
with all this grief
I must carry through

You said
even if tomorrow
never comes,

still spring can live
within the eyes of flowers
soft and young

and sorrow leaves
the quiet house of soul
one by one

You tell me
in this restless sorrow
of my land,

how far can I go
with all this grief
I must carry through

you tell me…

WE CAN STILL SING (Blues Duet)

[Verse – Male (low, tired)]
What can be sung…
what can be sung…
When the sky won’t speak…
when the night goes numb…

From a falling drop…
lost from the clouds…
Or a desert cry…
breaking silence down…

[Verse – Female (soft, fragile)]
What can be sung…
what can be sung…
From a child’s lost voice…
never to become…

From a mother’s ache…
on the face of time…
From a broken breath…
from a silent rhyme…

[Chorus – Both (very soft, repeated)]
We cry… we cry…
behind a smile…

We dance… we dance…
in pain a while…

We fall… we fall…
then rise again…

We can… we can…
begin again…

[Bridge – Male & Female, slow call/response]

Male: We can…
Female: we can…

Male: still breathe…
Female: still feel…

Both (whisper):
We can… we can…
begin again…

[Final Chorus – both, slightly deeper emotion]
We cry… we cry…
we don’t pretend…

We break… we break…
but never end…

We can… we can…
through all the pain…

We can… we can…
begin again…

[Outro – whisper, fading]
We can…
we can…
again…

Blue like you

Your heart is blue like the sea It quiets the storms in me In the still of your eyes Everything falls asleep Your heart is deep like the wild A forest no one can hide It covers the naked mountains With the green of life And I… I’m just spring in the air Waiting for hands that care A whisper, a bird, a sound When you’re not there --- Your heart holds secrets in leaves Rain turns my sorrow to breeze Every word I couldn’t say Finds a melody --- But my heart is a dream Somewhere between The forest and sea It sees you every night Softly… arriving in me --- Blue like the sea… You are You are Blue like the sea… You are You are You are

Cakamak 6 ( English song )

Your arms… around my neck
Holding me… so soft
Sweet, quiet…
I don’t want to move

stay… stay with me…

Set me free…
set me free…
In your love…
I can breathe…

only you…

Your lips… like honey
Warm… on my skin
Every breath…
pulls me in…

closer…

I rest… on you
Falling… asleep
Everything…
drifts away…

don’t wake…

Nothing feels far…
when you are here…

Set me free…

only you…

You Never Came ( Chakamak 4)

You never came

You never came

It’s hard to watch you leaving

Hard to let you go

Harder when I know now

You were never close

You never came, you never came

Echo in the rain

You never came, you never came

Calling out your name

Alleys filled with water

We were growing tall

Time was moving through us

We could feel it all

You never came, you never came

Walking in the rain

You never came, you never came

Nothing stays the same

Your eyes color the night

Dreams fade into dark

We were lost in silence

Leaving just a mark

When you turned so kind to me

I felt the ending near

White hair like the winter snow

Melting, disappear

You never came, you never came

Echo in the rain

You never came, you never came

Calling out your name

You never came

You never came

you

never

came

Chakamk 1 ( Song )

The forest trees are singing

The daughter of the wind has come

To the gathering

We spoke so much of rain

That winter began to crave the spring

A cloud wanted to rain — it was afraid

To wake the trees from sleep

So softly, quietly, it passed by

At dusk, the sun washes its sweating body in the sea

So by morning it will not rise unwashed

The restless river finally grew calm

Perhaps now it thinks more deeply

In the distance, the sea

As if it overflows the sky

So its azure color will not fade

The Passion of Life ( شور زندگی ) ترانه

I’ll raise a flag
from the lap of dawn
on the endless roof of loneliness,
so the graceful wind
may scatter freedom
across the silent valley.

The passion of life,
the passion of life—
burning inside.

I’ll play a cheer
on a broken instrument,
loving the quiet room
until the song begins
and flowers rise
from the debris of time.

 Behold
the dance of the poplar leaves,
the dance of the poplar leaves.

The passion of life,
the passion of life—
still alive.

 I’ll set a fire
with the burning sense of your eyes
in the bareness of my hands,
to place a bunch of stars
inside the empty frame of thought.

There is no time to hesitate
in the unfair war
between the stone and the mirror.

Even if doubt
lives in your eyes—

 The passion of life,
the passion of life,
remains.

THE TURNING OF THE YEAR ( هفت سین غمگین song )

The year is tired.
The year is wounded.
The year is waiting.

Waiting…
waiting…
waiting for the turning.

Seven signs of sorrow.
Seven shadows on the table.
Seven wounds of time.

A sky gone dark.
A tree still standing.
A song that cannot rise.

Mothers in silence.
The land in pain.
The night too long.

But the clock is moving.
Slowly.
Slowly.

The year is ending.
The year is ending.
The year is ending.

And somewhere in the dark—

a new year
is beginning.

Dream of the Cry (Song adaptation inspired by “سودای فریاد”)

On the restless strings
of our wounded nights,
if no healing comes—

leave a spark

so the volcano of pain
in the bleeding throat of the earth
may rise
and burn into the sky.

Let the cry rise,
let it break the stone of silence.
From wounded hearts
and locked hands—

let the cry rise
like fire through the dark earth.
One day the buried voice
will become the dawn.

On the blind knot
of our swallowed tears,
if no road leads to a scream—

leave a kiss

so the storm of lost words
wandering in our mouths
may finally
flow into the wind.

Let the cry rise,
let it break the stone of silence.
From wounded hearts
and locked hands—

let the cry rise
like fire through the dark earth.
One day the buried voice
will become the dawn.

Touch the chains
with the warmth of your hands—
even a moment of freedom
can teach the soul
how to breathe.

Let the cry rise
through the dust of broken days.
The dream of yesterday’s children
is still alive—

and somewhere
beneath the silent streets
the future
is learning to sing.

Let the cry rise.
Let the cry rise.

Lady ( ترانه برکرقته از شعر بانو)

Lady—
voice of freedom,
hidden song of dawn.

Each morning
the empty lines of my thoughts
fill
with the memory of you.

Lady,
tell me—
from what silent dream
did your melody escape?

Was it the rain
falling leaf by leaf
through the forest
that carried your song?

Night listened,
the branches sang together,
and even darkness
stepped aside.

Lady,
mysterious gazelle,
whisper again—

so the hidden word
may run
across the white page.

Lady,
whisper again
your love,
your song,
your freedom.
